We are the brain child of an agency marketer and a scientist who love helping businesses grow.
Braeden Matson
Braeden came up in digital marketing in the golden age of Facebook Ads. He started in-house at a clothing company managing digital everything and has since worked in 5 agencies, consulted, started E-commerce brands, a podcast and this company.
He has a digital marketing diploma from what was RED Academy in Vancouver, a Marketing mMBA from Marketing Week and a Master of Advertising Effectiveness from WARC. Big budgets, small budgets, B2B, B2C, DTC—he’s seen it.
Komal Fatima
Komal approaches growth like a scientist (because she is one)— methodically understanding the problem before crafting solutions. Having co-founded and scaled three ventures across clean-tech, impact-driven B2B consulting, and ecommerce, she brings an unconventional blend of analytical precision and entrepreneurial experience to the table.
Her expertise lies in helping founders understand their current reality through data, define where they want to go, and build a step-by-step roadmap to get there. Armed with a deep love for numbers and data-driven insights, she transforms complex metrics into clear, actionable strategies that bridge the gap between vision and execution.
